Roasted Mushrooms - Kelsey

I was cooking for myself so I picked one of the mushroom recipes since my parents don't like them.

The oven was already going to be on so I picked the roasted mushrooms.

I picked up a 6 oz container of white mushrooms. The recipe calls for 1.5 pounds because they cook down so much.

Coat with a little olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme sprigs. Into the oven. This was 15 minutes into cooking:

They probably could have gone longer as they were a little spongy but they were good.

That's all 6 oz. I enjoyed them! I would certainly cook mushrooms like that again.
