Pub-Style Thick and Juicy Cheeseburger - Kelsey

I had leftover ground beef that I needed to use so I made the other burger recipe. (Spoiler alert the ground beef was old and tasted a little weird and food poisoning is too recent in my memory to risk it.)

For this recipe he has you making 1/2 pound burgers. That is so much meat. I just used what was left in my pack. Probably little less than half a pound. 

He gives instructions for grilling or broiling. I broiled. In my air fryer. 

I actually loved this method and think it worked great.

I wish it hadn't tasted weird and I could have eaten it lol. I will try this broiling in the air fryer method again on a more reasonably sized burger patty at some point in the future.
