Asparagus Salad with Toasted Almonds and Goat Cheese - Mariam

 Because I had just had asparagus, shallots, and goat cheese in my omelet, naturally I had to make the salad next.



My favoriteeeee part was the dressing. I think mustard is a real game changer. I would have honestly drank it. I'm sure this picture is inciting similar passions in you. 



We have sliced almonds somewhere. Someday they will come out of somewhere, stale. Meanwhile, I roughly chopped. Toasted a little unevenly as a result.



I also do not have a salad spinner. Seasoned.



Tossed.


9.95/10. I don't like raw shallots, it turns out, so I will skip that next time.
