This is not a recipe. It's just timing.
Oven is my preferred way of cooking bacon. It feels less messy. I had a little more than half a pack that needed to be cooked before it went bad so I figured why not try Kenji's timing and temp recommendations.
Fill up a sheet pan. I had the perfect amount.
425F for 18-20 minutes. I had a suspicion this was going to be crispier than my preference so I did 18 mins.
The package recommendation was 400F for 12-15 minutes.
Yeah, this was too crispy for me but I think many people prefer their bacon like this.
But still, it's bacon. So I ate a few pieces and my parents ate the rest.
